Manufacturing defects only
Yoinkin covers verified manufacturing defects. If your toy has a manufacturing defect, contact us for review and a replacement. Damage caused by chewing, rough play, misuse, accidents, and normal wear and tear is not covered.

A tear caused by play is not covered, even when it occurs at a seam. Defect reports require review and verification; submitting a report does not automatically approve a replacement.
Toy registration: Register your toy with Yoinkin Companion. Registration does not expand this coverage.
