Yoinkin Return & Refund Policy

At Yoinkin, your pet’s happiness comes first. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right. Please read our policy below for full details.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.
To qualify for a return
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Pet toys or treats that have been opened, chewed, or used cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Subscription boxes may be returned only if all items inside are unused.
If your return is approved, you can choose:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- An exchange or store credit for something else.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective item, missing item, etc.).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will replace the item for free or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened pet treats or food
- Used pet toys
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Digital products
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase as long as they have not shipped.
After an order has shipped, it must follow our normal return process.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@yoinkin.com with:
- Your order number
- The name on the order
- The reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
