Yoinkin Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yoinkin! Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before completing your purchase.





Processing Times



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (not including weekends or holidays).


During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Processing time does not include shipping time.


We are not responsible for delays caused by:


  • High order volume
  • Inventory shortages
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers






Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:


  • Weight
  • Box size
  • Delivery location



Estimated shipping times (after processing):


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)



These are estimates provided by the carrier. Yoinkin is not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.





Tracking Information



Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.


If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact the carrier directly. Yoinkin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


We recommend checking:


  • Your mailbox
  • Porch/door area
  • With neighbors
  • With household members






Incorrect or Missing Address Information



If a package is returned due to:


  • Wrong address
  • Missing apartment/unit number
  • Customer error



The customer is responsible for:


  • Re-shipping fees
  • Any additional carrier charges



We are not able to refund shipping fees for incorrect addresses.





Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages



Once the package is handed to the carrier, Yoinkin is not liable for:


  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delays
  • Damaged items caused by the carrier



If your package is lost or damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier.

We will help guide you, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.





International Shipping (Optional)



If you add this later:


We currently do not ship outside the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.





Subscription Box Shipping



For Yoinkin Woof Box & Meow Box:


  • Boxes ship monthly on the same date each month
  • If a payment fails, shipping will be delayed until resolved
  • Subscription shipping is billed at checkout unless you offer free shipping






Order Changes & Cancellations



Orders can only be changed or canceled within 1 hour of purchase and only if they have not shipped.


Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, no changes can be made.
